Print Music Bingo Cards: Formatting Tips & Club Packs
First time hosting? The music bingo rules cover win patterns, round length and scoring.
We run two separate card generators these days: our original, built specifically for music bingo, and a newer one — Bingo Card Generator 2 — that handles any kind of bingo game. Each one has a free way to start and a paid way to unlock more, so there are really four choices here, not two. We break down every one of them, with real prices, toward the bottom of this page.
Your cards work for in-person and virtual events alike — print them for a room, or open the PDF in Adobe Reader so remote guests can mark off squares right from their device.

Printing Tips for the Best Results
A few things that make a real difference once you've got a PDF in hand:
- Print two-up in landscape. Most of our game packs (and Bingo Card Generator Pro) support two cards per sheet — it roughly halves your paper and ink cost for a big group.
- Use colored card stock. Plain white paper works fine, but a light cardstock in a color that matches your theme reads better across a room and holds up to a night of dabbers and drinks.
- Cut carefully, or don't bother. Slicing two-up sheets in half gives a cleaner, more "official" look, but it's entirely optional — plenty of hosts just hand out the full sheet as-is.
- Going virtual? Skip the printer. Every card downloads as a normal PDF, so remote guests can open it in Adobe Reader (or any PDF app that supports markup) and mark off squares right on their device.
- Keep a callsheet. If you're building your own game rather than buying one of ours, jot your master list down in the order you plan to call it — you'll want it at the host table to settle any close calls.

Which Bingo Card Tool Should You Use?
Short answer: we run two different generators, and each one has a free tier and a paid tier. That's four real choices, not two — here's exactly what each one gets you.
Options 1 & 2: The Original Generator
Our first bingo card tool, built specifically for music bingo. It's simple on purpose — type in your song list, pick how many cards, download a PDF. Nothing to learn, nothing to install.
FreeUp to 30 randomized cards per batch, with a watermark. Best for a quick, casual game where you just need cards tonight.
|
Pro — $74.50, one timeThe classic tool hasn't changed much over the years, and that's kind of the point: a straightforward, one-time purchase gets you unlimited cards, no watermark, a custom "Free Space," and two-per-page landscape printing. Pay once, use it forever — if all you want is the basics done well without a subscription, it's still a genuinely good deal.

Options 3 & 4: Bingo Card Generator 2
Our newer tool, rebuilt from the ground up on its own site at bingocardgenerator.online. This is where all the newer features live:
- Any bingo theme — not just music. Classroom vocabulary, baby showers, corporate events, whatever your game needs.
- Live card preview — see exactly what you're printing as you build it, instead of guessing until the PDF downloads.
- Custom branding — your own logo, colors, and choice of font on every card.
- Digital play built in — every card also gets a shareable link, so remote players can mark squares from their own phone with nothing to print.
- PDF, PNG, or bulk ZIP downloads — print at home, or send image files straight to a print shop.
FreeEvery feature above is free, with no account needed — unlimited card designs, full branding, every theme. Downloads carry a demo watermark until you activate a pass.
|
Passes — remove the watermarkOne-time Day Pass, $6.99 (24 hours — perfect for a single event), Monthly, $24, or Annual, $116 (about 60% off monthly). Every pass unlocks clean downloads, unlimited cards, and share links.

Which Should I Use?
If you're hosting music bingo tonight and just need cards printed, the original generator does that in a couple of minutes — free is fine for a casual game, and Pro is worth it the moment you're printing regularly and don't want a watermark or a card limit.
If you're running anything other than music bingo, want to match your own branding, or want guests to be able to play from their phones, Generator 2 is built for that — start free, and grab a Day Pass for a one-off event or Monthly/Annual if you host often.
