Here we go, this year's options for downloadable games you can use your laptop, tablet, or smartphone alongside with. You may also choose to cast your screen to a TV or projector, if available. Remember, you can use wires, such as, HDMI for video. There is also Bluetooth for audio. You can look into Chromecast or Apple TV. There are even now solutions for Roku, Amazon Fire, and smart TVs. --> How to Play a PowerPoint Slideshow on TV - SlideModel.com
Most Popular Option: Print Halloween Music Bingo Cards
You might not be surprised, but the most popular option for your party games this year is also the easiest... "Halloween Party" Music dobOFF.
After purchase and downloading the document to your desktop, print off as many sheets as you require for your guests at the party. The document can print up to 60 randomized cards at a time, if you have more than 60 guests that you'd like to play in a round, just ask for a larger quantity, and a Fat City representative will generate one for you exactly how many you require. This is included in the price.
Each page is set to "Landscape" layout, with 2 bingo cards per letter-sized sheet. You can always cut the sheet in two pieces with a pair of scissors or a paper cutter to split into individual sheets. Some hosts prefer to give guests 2 cards at a time.
We always recommend handing out Bingo Dobbers such as these: https://www.amazon.com/DAB-INK-3oz-Bingo-Daubers/dp/B01C4QBW3G
Printing on bright colored paper is always a bonus. I think the 60lb cardstock may be the best: https://www.amazon.com/Neenah-80944-01-Astrobrights-Colored-Cardstock/dp/B01LX0UJBN
Don't forget to follow the playlist: Spotify - Amazon Prime - Apple Music
Hit "shuffle" or make your own DJ order in the Queue.
Bring lots of Halloween themed prizes and some good energy. Maybe try an "H" for a bingo somewhere along the way.
There you go. You're all set!
Powerpoint Halloween Themed Trivia Presentation
After purchase and download of Fat Bottom Trivia "Halloween Party", you will need to connect to a big screen. Use an HDMI cable or wireless connection as described above.
Open the powerpoint file (you will need to have installed Microsoft Powerpoint or an equivalent presentation program. Use "presenter mode" so you can see any host notes, as well as seeing the next screen during the presentation. This will allow you or your host to know and check the answers from the crowd.
Be prepared for hidden side-games to appear. Allow teams that answered correctly last round to choose the next category.
Make sure to keep track of points on a sheet of paper. And promote having fun, and bonus points for dancing and singing along. Try a mini-challenge for the best "Team Cheer" or "Funniest Team Name". Game Buzzers are also a helpful addition: https://www.amazon.com/Learning-Resources-Lights-Buzzers-Classroom/dp/B00B2FNHB6

Can you believe it's September already?! I hope you had a great summer, I know I did. I feel like I should be hitting-the-ground-running this Fall a little more than I already am, but now is as good a time as any to begin!
So, as motivation for myself (and hopefully for you too) I wanted to make this quick list of possible events to get the creative juices flowing. We, as entertainment managers and producers, are required to "bring the energy" every time we grab a microphone. This year will be no different, and here's some ideas to get ready.
1. Host An "End Of Summer" Party
The actual last day of Summer is September 23rd this year, but I'd say anytime from now until the end of the month will be fitting for an End of Summer party. This is a casual affair that doesn't require over-the-top decorations to succeed. A couple low burning tiki torches would be nice, but cool beverages and solid tunes will suffice.
Games to play:
a) Golden Oldies - Music Bingo
A classic for all audiences. Elvis Presley, Ritchie Valens, etc. If you are expecting kids, you can get a similar feel from the "Body Parts" music bingo game, that they will be more inclined to appreciate.
b) Life's A Beach - Music Bingo
Casual, and a little "twangy" this game encompasses the mellow feel of the beach, a summer well-enjoyed, and a general relaxation.
c) The 90s or Hair Bands - This choice kind of depends on the crowd you expect. If you expect generally 30-somethings, I recommend The 90s to really get the mood going later in the evening. Hair bands is a better mix of eras for a more diverse crowd.
2. A New "Happy Hour" Show, Featuring Triv101
Our newest addition this Fall will be Triv101, a "darts" like, survey-style trivia game made specifically for Trivia Hosts who enjoy simply printing off the Q & A and Answer Sheets for their shows. After that, all you need is a mic (or a hearty bellow), and you are ready to go. Each round has 10 Questions and a Bonus. The team who scores closest to 101 wins the round.
Watch for this game in the Trivia Store.
3. Get Excited For Your Halloween Party
4. Video Game Trivia Night
This 3-pack of games is sure to have the most gamer enthusiasts entertained. Have a winner for each game, or bring back your highest scoring teams for a Final Tournament edition.
There are also Video Game bingo cards, that would be a great warm-up. Name that theme!
5. Have A Mega-Happy Christmas Party "Game Show"!
Whether you'd like one of our hilarious game show hosts to come to you with full Audio / Visual setup, dance lights, and mojo.. or if you prefer to save money this Christmas and host the event yourself, you will enjoy the interactive games we've created. This game is specifically designed to get people on their feet and mingling about. Check out the new-and improved Xmas game in the Trivia Store or Contact Us if you are looking for a host too!
Have any questions, or a success story from one of your events?? We'd love to hear about it in the comment section below.

We have all been there, night of St Patrick's Day, green beer everywhere, including spilling down your back from the guy who started “celebrating” a little too early. Don’t blame him, this is the one day of the year where everyone parties for some reason nobody quite knows why and it’s JUST FINE. But if you want to be the one to bring a little festive trivia to the group and impress your friends, keep reading and we will tell you some fun facts about St Pattys Day and give you tips on how to make your party stand out from the rest!
Step 1: Ditch the green beer and step up your game with easy, simple, and much more impressive green cocktails!
Especially if you’re working in a bar, create your own green cocktail using midori or sour apple schnapps. Or just add some green food coloring to champagne and take your party from frat-phat!
Step 2: Drop some knowledge! Did you know that St Patrick was born in Britain?
Did you know that the original color for St Patricks day was blue? Or that it used to be a dry holiday? These are interesting nuggets of information to drop during conversation or you can turn your whole party into a trivia night while still playing tunes with Fat Bottom Trivia 3.2 - "St Paddy's Day Party" or the St Paddy's Music dobOFF Bingo Cards.
You can choose your own questions or pick from a variety of pre-made games for less than ten bucks. Always a fun way to keep everyone entertained!
Step 3: Party favors! Now that you’re throwing the most authentic soiree around, stick with traditions!
For over 60 years, the Prime Minister of Ireland has presented the President of the United states with a bowl of Shamrocks as a symbol of good tidings. Starting in 1952 with President Truman and Prime Minister Kenny, it has become a long standing tradition between the two countries. I’m not saying you need to hand out an entire bowl, but Amazon has packs of shamrock shot glasses and necklaces that can be at your door in two days! Easy peasy.
Step 4: Food.
A necessity for any event, but especially one that is solely focused around excessive consumption of alcohol. No need to get fancy, a beef stew or an extra large shepherd's pie will feed many and fill your guests with enough sustenance to counteract at least a few of those cocktails. And don’t you dare forget those potatoes!
Step 5: Hire A Leprechaun
Admit it, we’ve all wished for a little luck of the irish, hand delivered by a magical bearded mischief-maker. You’d be surprised how many websites are around these days to supply you with exactly that! We are truly living in the times of having anything and everything delivered to you at a moments notice. But move quickly, these little bundles of joy won’t be available for long!
These tips will definitely keep your party popping off and if you need any more ideas, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or check out fatcityentertainment.com for some more inspiration
No clue how to entertain your friends or staff at your party, yet you want your get-together to be spoken of until New Year’s Eve? Want to impress that certain someone with your top-notch hosting skills? You will be the talk of the town if you follow these simple steps to party success!
Try These Ideas For Your Next Xmas Party:
1. Pick a Theme
Summon your inner grandma! Don ‘er (get it? Donner!) very best horny santa sweater. Instead of traditional ugly christmas sweaters, pick a theme. Memes/political/favorite tv show. Switch it up a bit! Remind everyone of Festivus for the rest of us! Or stir the pot by sporting a “Make Christmas Great Again” sweater.
2. Cut The Reservation Costs
Instead of having to prep your house just to make a mess of it, or spending too much money to rent event space at a hotel, make a reservation at your favorite bar/restaurant. More often than not they wont charge you to reserve the space, instead will have a tab minimum (which, lets face it, you and your drunk ass friends will be able to hit no problem). Be sure to order share plates and pitchers instead of individual meals to save a little extra dough.
3. Play Some Games!
Music Bingo Xmas edition is an easy, inexpensive and uber fun way to get everyone in your party involved. Who doesn’t want to get down with Wham! for a little holiday cheer? Not your style, no worries, Music Bingo Christmas has the hottest tunes from Ariana Grande to Frank Sinatra. There’s something for everybody. Bonus is, everybody already knows how to play bingo plus you get to listen to a variety of holiday tunes! Offer prizes such as shots/cookies/gift certificates, whichever fits into your price range.
4. Donate! Donate! Donate!
If your boyfriend/girlfriends friends haven’t quite accepted you to the group or are still trying to figure out what your deal is, show them how much you care by setting up a donation bin for those in need. Everybody has an extra sweater or jacket they will never wear again, make them feel good about themselves and keep the homeless a little toastier this winter by sending your warm clothes over to the Salvation Army or your favorite charitable organization.
5. Create Christmas Cocktails
Whip up some liquid love such as spiked eggnog or a peppermint martini. There are endless recipes for christmas cocktails, step yours up by crushing up some candy canes, rimming a glass with simple syrup and making those drinks look fancy as f***. The difference between this and simply putting it in a mug, is if it looks nice, nobody will notice how badly you’ve (inevitably) messed it up.
No need to go over the top, a great christmas party needs just a few key tricks to stand out. Keep everyone entertained with interactive games and cocktails, do some good while looking good and support your local bars!
